On October 7, 2007 an R2 Builder name Leon and again on October 8, 2007 another R2 Builder Craig S. made it clear that WALL-E needed a Builders club of his own.

On October 8, 2007 at 2:15pm the WALL-E Builders Club was created on Yahoo Groups.

The club started out with 23 members from the R2 Builders Club.
Many of the original R2 Builders joined because they wanted to build something from scratch like they did in the beginning of their club.

Currently the WALL-E Builders Club members have built 14 physical WALL-E static replica's constructed from materials ranging from plastic to wood, fiberglass to concrete.
There is also 4 CGI WALL-E's being worked on.

Currently the name on the WALL-E Builders Club has been changed to include the word Original.
The change in the name is to distinguish the Original WALL-E Builders Club from any other on the internet.

The Original WALL-E Builders Club has the most accurate dimensional drawings avalible short of Pixar releasing the real dimensions to the public.
